Mindful Belly Moves is a unique, belly dance-infused mindful movement workshop.
Its intention is to help women inhabit and move their bodies in a joyful, empowered and intentional way… by creating a safe and non-judgemental space for them to feel grounded, heard & nourished, to enjoy & appreciate their bodies… and rediscover their innate power, beauty and sensuality.
This is not a typical dance class/workshop with fixed routines or choreographies – it is a mindful, free-flowing movement & wellness workshop for mind, body & soul.
