If you are new to my workshops, here are some FAQs and Facts so you know what to expect:

Do I need any yoga, meditation or dance experience?

All levels are welcome, no experience necessary!

What do I wear/bare?

Please wear whatever allows you to move comfortably and makes you feel beautiful and/or empowered.  You can choose to bare your belly or not – it is entirely up to you 🙂

What can I expect?

This is a unique, free-flowing and bellydance-infused movement workshop for mind, body & soul that will leave you energized, uplifted and confident, fully at peace with and in your body.

The atmosphere is very welcoming, friendly and supportive.  We’ll be playing with imagery and intentions, letting our True Selves guide our movements… and relaxing.

Where and when do you offer classes/workshops?

I offer evening and weekend classes & workshops at several intimate movement studios and gathering spaces.

Do you offer private/small group classes/workshops, or can I book you for an event?

I offer private and small group classes & workshops, as well as larger group classes & workshops at indoor and outdoor events such as women’s circles, retreats, festivals, team-building/costumer appreciation days, birthdays or bridal/baby showers.  Please get in touch for more details.
