In addition to mindful belly dance movement workshops and Life & Wellness coaching, I also offer mindfulness and gentle movement for wellness and self-care to individuals as well as groups or teams – both in private and professional settings:
֎ Slow, accessible Qigong movements and fun, flowing moves from my dance movement workshop
֎ Short mindfulness meditations for grounding and centering
֎ Other gentle, trauma-informed breath and body-based relaxing or energizing practices – depending on what is needed

In addition to belly dancing, my other training includes Reiki, Hatha yoga, Life & Wellness coaching and Mindfulness Mentoring, and I am passionate about sharing tools and practices I have found to be helpful and nourishing in my own and many others’ experience.
