The Breathing Room – wholistic, embodied coaching

Introducing… a new space to take a breath, think aloud, and be witnessed & supported as you gain clarity and receive your own insights.

The Breathing Room is just that: a welcoming, non-judgemental space to pause, breathe, reflect – and tap into your own inner wisdom.

As your coach, I am both your sounding board and your cheerleader – celebrating your wins and bearing witness to your process as you get clear on what has been holding you back… and your next steps towards blossoming!

What coaching is – and what it isn’t

Coaching is different from counselling or therapy (which are both extremely effective and helpful in their own right!) in that in coaching, we focus on the present and the future, and help you uncover and tap into the answers and insights your inner wisdom holds.

No advice is given, and the coach does not have any answers – you, as the expert in your own experience, are the one who holds them within! My job as your coach is to help you uncover them and live into them.

It is also to offer a compassionate ear and mirror, and help illuminate what is standing between you and your deepest longing and fullest potential. I will ask you thought-provoking questions to help you find your own path to fulfillment.

A session could be a combination of any of these things – your choice:

  • walking/sitting down together and being heard
  • mindfulness practices
  • gentle movement
  • optional 4-legged support! 🐶
