Other Offerings… Mindfulness & Gentle Movement

Inclusive, trauma-informed, mind/body/soul wellness offerings that use a combination of mindfulness and gentle movement as a healing modality to bring safety and comfort in the body, and a greater sense of being in charge of your own experience.

֎ Gentle and accessible foundational Qigong movements, for ease of mind and body

֎ As an option: Fun, flowing moves from my dance movement workshop

֎ Breathing and other relaxation practices, for calm and focus

֎ As an option: Other gentle, trauma-informed breath and body-based relaxing or energizing practices – depending on what is needed

֎ Mindfulness meditation, for grounding and self-care

֎ Embodied Life & Wellness coaching sessions/walks, for clarity

These can either be offered separately or in combination, individually or as a group/team activity – no experience necessary.

In addition to belly dancing, my other training includes Reiki, Hatha yoga, Life & Wellness coaching and Mindfulness Mentoring, and I am passionate about sharing what I have found to be helpful and nourishing in my own and many others’ experience.
