Spring at last! A time for renewal and new experiences.

Speaking of which… if you are new to my classes, here are some FAQs and Facts so you know what to expect:

Do I need any yoga, meditation or dance experience?

All levels are welcome, no experience necessary!

What do I wear/bare?

Please wear whatever allows you to move comfortably and makes you feel beautiful and empowered. You can choose to bare your belly or not – it is entirely up to you 🙂

What can I expect?

The atmosphere is very friendly and supportive. We’ll be working with intentions, letting our true selves guide our movements… and relaxing.

Where and when do you offer classes/workshops?

I offer evening and weekend classes & workshops at several intimate Toronto studios and gathering spaces. If you are interested in joining one this month, please check this page.
