September promises to be another exciting month!
While I will continue to hold most classes at my beloved Om Laila “treehouse”, I will also be teaming up with two truly exceptional ladies at The Freedom Factory‘s exciting multidisciplinary space at 22 Dovercourt Rd (Queen West area) for some yoga, art & mindful bellyciousness!
