Meeting new friends and spreading the love!

“The snow is snowing, the wind is blowing”… time to cozy up and keep things flowing with some yummy belly moves!

This month, I will continue to hold most classes on Wednesdays at my beloved, magical Om Laila “treehouse” (coach house of 64 Henry Street).
I will also continue to teach at The Freedom Factory (22 Dovercourt Rd, one block south of Queen West) every other Monday.
If you are new to this exciting multidisciplinary space, expect a beautiful fusion of yoga, art & mindful bellyciousness!

As usual, I have created events for all classes at Om Laila Studio so you can register and pay online.

For classes at The Freedom Factory, please register here.

Some thrilling new accessories have been added (think silk and flowing fabric…) so we can turn ourselves into feathers, clouds or anything else airy we like… come and try these for yourself!

Also announcing more exciting new collaborations:

☆ I will be teaming up with the inspiring Lana of Moon Mother Healing for a nourishing womb and self-love themed evening organized by
Divine Feminine Wellbeing Toronto on February 15th at The Source Centre for Health & Wellness (7:30-9:30pm) – here is the event page!

☆ I will also be offering a PWYC mini-workshop on February 22nd (5pm) at co-working space Shecosystem‘s cozy movement studio, located right at Christie station.  You can either register or just drop in with a yoga mat and hip scarf if you have them – there will be some available!

☆ Lastly, if you are looking to get outside and get your Wild Woman on this March, consider joining us for a healing weekend retreat organized by the lovely Daniella Comacchio in a gorgeous location, set in beautiful surroundings near Belgrave, ON!
There will be massages, yoga, reiki, soul food, sharing circles and so much more… including, of course, some mindful bellyciousness provided by yours truly 😉
It will be happening March 9th to 11th – please click right here for all details!

Hope to see you ladies this month at one of these classes and events! 🙂
